At Wave Wrestling Club, our approach is what makes us the best Wrestling Club in the Memphis area, and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2000. We combine hard work, dedication, quality instruction, positive motivation, and strong morals to lift each athlete closer to their full potential. Our Practices
At Wave Wrestling Club we’ve designed practices for athletes at all levels. From participants who are new to the sport to our more seasoned wrestlers, our club has what fits any level of experience. Beginning as young as 4 years old, we get athletes on the right track on the mat and in life. Check out more information on our different levels below.
